How do I set up admin permissions?

Pro plans have 1 admin per workspace; Business plans support multiple admins. Pro admins are designated self-serve or with AM assistance. Business admins are set up only through your account manager.

How to set up an admin

Pro

The first user to set up the Pro workspace is the default admin. To transfer the role to another member, the current admin can self-serve through workspace Settings or request the change via contact@trendier.ai.

Business

Admin assignment is managed through your account manager — not in-platform Settings.

  1. Decide who from your existing seat pool should be admin

  2. Contact your account manager with the member's name and account email

  3. AM applies the designation on the backend

Multiple Business admins are supported — follow the same process to add or change.


Common follow-up questions

Can I have multiple admins on Pro?
No — Pro is limited to 1 admin per workspace. Multiple admins are a Business plan feature.

What happens if the Pro admin leaves the team?
Contact contact@trendier.ai to transfer the admin role to a remaining member.

Can admins set or change member roles?
Member-level roles aren't a function in Trendier today. Admin designation itself is managed via the AM (Business) or through admin transfer (Pro).

Can Pro admins see who used how many credits?
No — credit usage visibility for all members is a Business plan feature. On Pro, each member sees only their own usage.
