How do I add another account or seat?

Each plan handles additional seats differently. Pro users add their own seats and credits pool automatically. Business plans handle seat additions through your account manager as part of your custom contract.

Pro

Each user signs up for their own Pro seat ($99/user/month). Credits automatically pool across all users in the same organization.

Business

Custom seat configuration scaled to your contract. Adding seats is managed through your account manager.

How Pro seats work

A Pro workspace has 1 admin who handles member invites and workspace settings. To add a Pro user:

  1. The Pro admin invites a member through workspace Settings

  2. The invited member completes their own Pro signup via the email link

  3. Their seat ($99/user/month) joins the organization's credit pool automatically

Credits combine across all users in the same workspace. See "What is Pro?" and "How do team members share credits?" for details. To change the Pro admin, see "How do I set up admin permissions?"

How Business seats work

Business plans are sized at contract start based on your team. To add more seats:

  1. Contact your account manager

  2. AM confirms the additional seat configuration and pricing

  3. Updated contract terms apply from the next billing cycle (annual upfront contracts pro-rate to the remaining period)


Common follow-up questions

Can I add Business seats myself in Settings?
No β€” seat changes are processed through your account manager to keep the contract terms accurate.

Do I need to commit to seat count upfront on Business?
You and your AM size the initial contract together. Seats can be added later through the AM.

Can I remove a seat from Business mid-contract?
Reach out to your account manager β€” removal terms depend on your contract type (monthly vs annual upfront).

Do Pro seats need to be on the same plan tier?
Yes. All members of a shared credit pool must be on the same plan tier. To consolidate or restructure, contact your AM.
