What is a Group Flash report

The Group Flash report provides a quick, high-level summary of your business’s key operational and financial results. It’s designed to give you an at-a-glance view of performance across multiple rotas or locations.

The Group Flash Report includes data from the Flash Report section, along with three additional breakdowns:

  • Salaried

  • Hourly

  • Agency

These sections provide a detailed view of financial data by contract type, helping you:

  • Understand the proportion of wages attributed to different staff

  • Track worked hours by contract type (salaried, hourly, agency)

  • Monitor wage percentage and cost distribution
