To Access the HR Dashboard make sure that the setting is switched on in the configure tab of the System Role section.

Upcoming Birthdays are the 4 closest birthdays.
New Starters is anyone with an employment date in future.
Headcount shows total number of employees, number of starters/leavers, turnover and a breakdown by home rota and contract type.
Demographics is a breakdown of employees by gender and age.
Absence is the number of employees off sick and the number of days employees are off sick this week or this month.
