Over weekly hours warning code

An over weekly hours warning mode has been introduced. This new feature will display a warning when an employee is scheduled for more than their contracted weekly hours, helping managers maintain better control over work hours and potential overtime.

Where can I find this setting?

  1. Go to the Cog Icon on the top of the page next to the Question Mark.

  2. Go to the General Settings block.

  3. Go to the Scheduling Tab.

  4. Below you will settings for the Over Weekly Hours Warning Mode.

  5. A drop down menu will appear

  6. Select either - No Warning, Warn but do not Restrict Locking or Warn and Restrict Locking.

  7. Click the blue Update Button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.

When you try lock and publish a rota a window will appear with the warning!
