Q1. How Spend XP Is Calculated?

A: XP from Spend = Amount Spent (in USD) × Your Multiplier (M)

Example: Spend $50 with multiplier 6x → you earn 300 XP

The higher your multiplier, the faster you grow.

XP is credited after the transaction settles.

Q2. Do I get XP for wallet transactions?

A: There is no XP for wallet transactions (except first wallet top-up).

Q3. Why didn’t I receive XP for my card spending?

A: The following types of transactions may not be eligible for cashback:

  • Cash withdrawals (ATM or Card to Wallet transfers)

  • Money transfers or remittances, including P2P transfers

  • Crypto purchases or trading transactions

  • Purchase of prepaid cards, card top-ups, wallet top-ups, coupons, or gift cards

  • Digital wallet funding such as PayPal, Venmo, etc.

  • Gambling, lottery, betting transactions

Any miscellaneous “cash-like” transactions classified by Visa/Merchant Category Codes (MCCs).

Note- XP is only received for settled transactions.

Q4. If my transaction reverses or fails, do I lose XP?

A: XP is granted only for successful settled transactions. Failed or reversed transactions do not earn XP.

Q5. Why is XP negative for a transaction?

A: Negative XP appears when a card transaction is refunded, reversed, or cancelled after it was initially completed.

When you make an eligible card spend, XP is credited once the transaction settles. If that same transaction is later refunded or reversed, the XP earned from it is automatically removed. To reflect this accurately, the system shows the adjustment as negative XP in your activity history.

Q6. Will I get XP for my past card transactions?

A: No. Only eligible spend transactions made after season-1 ended will be counted towards your XP for season-2. All previous XP from card spends will be reset to 0.

Q7. Tips to Maximize Spend XP

  • Use your card for everyday transactions

  • Take advantage of your multiplier - invite friends

  • Upgrading your card increases your multiplier instantly
