Q1. How much XP do I get for card booking?

A: You earn XP the first time you book a card. The XP amount depends on the card tier:

Card Type

XP Earned

Virtual Card

1,000 XP

Plastic Card

5,000 XP

Metal Card

10,000 XP

All past card bookings before XP launch will also be counted automatically.

Note: XP is awarded only once per card tier.

Q2. What multiplier do I get for my card?

A: Your card directly affects how much XP you earn from spending.

Here’s the bonus each card gives:

  • Virtual → +1x multiplier

  • Plastic → +2x multiplier

  • Metal → +3x multiplier

This is added to your global multiplier permanently for the Season.

If you upgrade your card, your multiplier increases immediately.

Q3. Does upgrading my card increase my XP earnings?

A: Yes. Higher card tiers offer a higher Card Bonus, boosting your multiplier.

Card booking XP is awarded once per card tier.

Q4. What happens if I upgrade my card?

A: If you upgrade to a higher card tier, your multiplier increases by the difference between the two tiers, and the change applies immediately.

Example:

  • You currently have a Virtual card (+1x)

  • You upgrade to a Metal card (+3x)

  • Your multiplier increases by +2x (not +3x again)

Q5. What if I book a lower-tier card after a higher-tier card?

A: If you already hold a higher-tier card and later book a lower-tier one:

  • No additional XP is awarded

  • No multiplier change is applied

Only the highest card tier you’ve booked is considered for XP and multiplier benefits.

Q6. Can I earn card XP and multiplier multiple times?

A: No. XP and multiplier benefits are credited only once per card tier, per user.

This means:

  • You earn XP the first time you book each card tier

  • Rebooking, reissuing, or downgrading a card does not give additional XP

Multiplier benefits are based on your highest card tier achieved.

Q7. I booked a card but didn’t get XP. Why?

A: If you didn’t receive XP for card booking, check these:

  • The booking is not pending or failed

  • You have not previously earned XP for the same card tier

  • Refresh the dashboard to update

If everything is correct and XP still doesn’t show, support can assist.
