This guide will walk you through how to earn rewards on your everyday spending with Tria Cards. Earning cashback is automatic when you use your card for eligible purchases.
Follow these details to maximize your rewards:
Choose Your Tier: Your base cashback rate is determined by your membership level: Virtual (1.5%), Signature (4.5%), or Premium (6%).
Use Your Phone: Signature and Premium members receive their full cashback rate even when using the virtual version of their card on a mobile device.
Track Your Limits: Cashback earnings are currently uncapped.
While there is no limit at this exact point in time, limitations can be implemented in the future based on various factors. Users will be notified via official socials channels and in-app update if that does happen.
Key Concepts to Take Note Of
What is Eligible for Cashback? Most everyday purchases qualify for a reward.
Distribution & Payouts: Cashback is not credited instantly but follows a set distribution schedule.
Reward Form: Rewards are paid out in USDT or USDC.
Timing: Payouts occur on a quarterly basis, usually three months after the Token Generation Event (TGE).
The Waiting Period: There is a waiting period of up to 90 days to ensure transactions are settled and to account for any potential chargebacks.
Earning Phase: For cashback, transactions that are settled before January 31 will be in the accrued cashback and transactions settled post January 31 will be in the earned cashback.
Important Tips for a Smooth Experience
Settlement Status: Cashback is only applied once a transaction has fully settled; it will not appear while a transaction is still marked as "pending."
Missing Rewards?: If you believe cashback was not applied to an eligible purchase, ensure the merchant is not on the excluded list, and the transaction is no longer pending.
Evidence Collection: If a reward is still missing after settlement, contact support with the Transaction ID, merchant name, and a screenshot of the details.
Refund Policy: If a card transaction is later refunded or reversed, any XP or cashback earned from that transaction will be automatically removed from your account.
