Choose Your Card
Tria offers three distinct card tiers to suit your needs:
Virtual Card: A fully digital card for instant use.
Signature Card: A physical plastic card.
Premium Signature Card: A physical metal card.
Note: If you purchase a Signature or Premium card, you do not have to wait for delivery to start spending. You will be issued a complimentary virtual card immediately after verification, which includes all the benefits of your purchased membership.
How to Apply
Follow these steps to secure your card.
Step 1: Selection & Country Check
Click "Apply Now" on your desired card. You will be asked to select your country of residence.
Supported Countries: You will proceed immediately to payment.
Unsupported Countries: You will see a message indicating we are working to bring the card to your region.
Important: Please select your actual country of residence. Selecting a random supported country when you live in an unsupported one will result in your KYC (Identity Verification) being rejected later in the process.
Step 2: Payment
You can complete your purchase using Crypto or a Credit/Debit card.
Option A: Pay with Crypto
Pay using your Tria wallet, or an external wallet like Gemini, MiniPay, or other mobile wallets.
Once the payment is complete, you will be taken directly to the KYC Application page.
Option B: Pay with Credit / Debit Card
Complete your card payment.
Look for two emails in your inbox:
Payment Confirmation: Your receipt/bill.
Promo Code Email: Contains a unique 10-digit code.
Return to the application screen where you selected your country.
Enter your 10-digit promo code and click Continue to proceed to verification.
Tip: If you paid by card and don't see your Promo Code email, please check your Spam or Junk folders before contacting support.
Identity Verification (KYC)
After payment, you must complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) check to activate your account.
Requirements: You will need to provide personal details, upload valid identification documents, and complete a photo verification (selfie).
Approval: Once your KYC is approved, you can activate your card and begin using it.
Common Issues to Avoid:
Incorrect Details: Ensure your personal details match your documents exactly to avoid rejection.
Unsupported Location: If your KYC is stuck or rejected, it may be because the country on your documents is not yet supported. In this case, you must wait until TRIA supports your region/country.
Physical Card Shipping
If you ordered a Signature or Premium card, here is how the delivery works:
Batch Shipping: Cards are produced and shipped in batches. Earlier purchases are prioritized.
Adding Your Address: You will receive a notification via the app or email when your card is ready for shipping.
Availability: You can only select your country in the "Add Address" section once shipping is officially enabled for your specific country.
Remember: While you wait for your physical card, your immediate Virtual Card offers the same benefits (e.g., the 6% cashback on Premium cards).
5. Membership & Bulk Purchases
For users who wish to buy multiple cards at once (for business, family, or personal use), Tria offers a Membership Purchase option.
How it Works:
Visit the membership website (https://app.tria.so/membership).
Select your mix of cards (e.g., 3 Signature cards and 2 Premium cards) and pay in a single transaction.
You will receive a single promo code via email that covers all cards purchased.
How to Redeem:
Log in to your Tria account.
Enter the promo code.
Complete the KYC verification.
REMINDERS:
Purchasing a membership does not auto-issue the cards. You must redeem the code and complete KYC to activate or ship your cards.
This page only allows multiple purchases. It is not a corporate card.
We do not offer any DISCOUNTS for bulk ordering. This would just make purchasing multiple cards easier.
