Lounge access is a premium benefit reserved for specific card tiers. Please review the requirements below to ensure your card is eligible:
Eligible Tiers: Available for Tria Signature and Premium Cards
Physical Card Requirement: This benefit is only available to users who have a physical card. Users with virtual-only cards are not eligible.
Virtual Details: If you own a physical card, you may use the virtual card information linked to it within your app for registration.
Getting Started: Setup & Registration
To unlock your lounge privileges, you must register your card in the official app.
Download the App: Search for and install "Visa Airport Companion" from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.
Enter Card Details: Provide your physical card number (or the virtual details linked to your physical card).
Select Issuing Country (Crucial): During registration, you must select "Puerto Rico" as the issuing country. Selecting any other region will result in a registration failure.
Verification: Your eligibility will be verified instantly via the Visa Card Eligibility Service.
How to Find and Access Lounges
Once registered, you can manage your visits entirely through your smartphone.
Search: Use the "Explore" tab in the app to find lounges by airport or city.
Browse: View a full list of participating DragonPass lounges here.
Check-In: Select your desired lounge and tap "Walk In" to generate a unique membership QR code.
Entry: Simply present the QR code at the lounge reception desk for scanning.
Costs and Important Details
While your membership grants you access to exclusive "member-only" lounges that are not open to the general public, please note the following:
Per-Visit Fees: Membership provides access rights and discounted entry, but it does not include complimentary visits. A fee is required for each entry.
Payment: Fees vary by lounge and can be paid directly through the app or at the lounge entrance.
No Spend Minimums: There is no additional spending requirement to maintain this benefit—you only need an active, eligible card.
Lounge Policies: Individual lounges may have specific time limits or guest restrictions. We recommend checking the specific lounge details in the app before your visit.
