SiteDocs allows you to create an electronic version of your signature within the portal which can then be used in the Informed Projects section, allowing electronic Site Signature and Delegation Logs to display your handwritten signature and initials as you would on a paper log.
Wet ink signatures, initials and numerals for all staff should be captured on a perpetual unit signature log (a template is attached below). This document can then be scanned, the signatures, initials and numbers clipped and saved, then imported into the relevant user's profile.
