How to reinstate dismissed collaboration workflows

Portal administrators have the ability to reinstate workflows that have previously been dismissed.

To reinstate a workflow, go to the start screen and select the Action Dashboard.

Select the "Dismissed Workflows" tab.

Enter the name of the user whose workflows you wish to reinstate.

Select the workflows you wish to reinstate by clicking the checkbox beside them. These can be done individually by selecting and clicking the "Revert" button.

Alternatively, you can select multiple items or all items by selecting the relevant checkboxes and clicking the "Bulk Revert" button.

Confirm your selections, then enter your user name and password and click "Revert".

The workflows will be reverted and will now show in Collaboration as pending, awaiting sign off by the required staff. The staff member(s) will be notified by email or via the outstanding workflow popup at login.
