Why can't I see the "Edit Workflow" button in Collaboration Module?

If you are unable to see the "Edit Workflow" button in a folder within Collaboration Module, you may not have the appropriate permissions to modify the workflows.

Portal administrators can provide access to users, allowing them to modify which users are able to modify workflows within Collaboration Module.

NOTE: Anyone added to these permissions will be able to modify any workflow in any folder within your portal.

To add or remove these users, a portal administrator must navigate to the Settings Module, then select the Action Dashboard tab.

Under the Workflows Settings section, add or remove the users as necessary by typing their names and selecting the user from the drop list.

To remove users, click the cross in the top right of their name and the user will be removed from the list.

Once the relevant changes have been made, click the “Update” button to save the changes.

Removed users will no longer be able to modify workflows and user who were added will now be able to create and modify workflows as required.
