There are two ways to produce collaboration workflow reports. They are:

· Report for an individual document – displays the workflow status related to a single selected document

· Report for selected eISFs/folders – displays the workflow status of all documents contained within the selected folder

Report for an individual document

To produce a report for an individual document’s workflow history, navigate your way to the document for which the report is required and click into the details page.

To view the workflow information within the document page, scroll down to the workflow section.

To print the workflow history report for this document, at the top of the screen, select the Workflow History toolbar button.

A notification will appear to show you the report has been requested successfully.

An email will be sent to the requestor upon completion. Click the link to download the report.

Once downloaded, the report will display like the example below.

Workflow History Report for selected folder/s

Producing a workflow history report for a folder set will allow users to view the entire workflow history of all documents contained within that folder and its sub-folders (if applicable). This is particularly useful if you wish to see a complete workflow history report for an entire eISF.

To create the report, locate the folder for which you wish to produce the report and highlight it.

To print the workflow history report for this folder and all of its sub-folders, select the Workflow History toolbar button.

A notification will appear to show you the report has been requested successfully.
