Overview

The Privacy Control Center (often referred to as the team page) allows you to view and manage all team members who have access to a patient's health information. This includes the patient themselves, family members, caregivers, healthcare practitioners, and other authorized individuals. Team members can collaborate on medical records, view health information, and participate in care coordination based on their assigned role and permissions.

Accessing the Privacy Control Center

1. Navigate to the main application and select a patient from your patient list

2. Desktop — Click Privacy Control Center (Lock icon) in the right sidebar. Mobile — Open the menu (hamburger or menu icon) and tap Privacy Control Center .

3. Breadcrumb : The page shows the patient's Privacy Control Center

Troubleshooting Common Issues

"I can't see the Add Team Member button"

• Check your role—only Managers and Practitioners can add members

• The "Add Team Member" feature may be disabled for your account (controlled by a feature flag). If you have the right role but still don't see the button, contact support@trianglehealth.com

"I can't edit a team member"

• Verify you have permission to modify that member type:

• Viewers can only edit themselves

• Managers cannot edit Practitioners

• Only Practitioners can edit other Practitioners

"The invitation email wasn't received"

• Check spam/junk folders

• Verify the email address is correct

• Try resending the invitation

• Contact support@trianglehealth.com if the issue persists

"I don't see someone's email address"

• Email visibility is role-based:

• Practitioner emails are only visible to other practitioners

• This is a privacy protection feature

"The team member list is empty"

• Ensure you have the correct patient selected

• Check if there are network connectivity issues

• Refresh the page and try again

Privacy and Security Notes

• All team member actions are logged for security

• Email addresses are protected based on role-based visibility rules

• Removing a team member immediately revokes their access

• Patients always have ultimate control over their team

Limitations

• Triangle cannot control what other people or systems do with your information after you share it with them. Only add people you trust.

• Team member invitations cannot be bulk-uploaded or imported from a file.

• The Privacy Control Center cannot automatically sync with your care team from an external health system.

• Role changes for existing members may require the member to re-accept or refresh access in some cases.
