When you share a trip with TRIBBU and BBono is enabled, the amount for each trip goes through a review process before it becomes available for withdrawal.
What happens when I complete a trip?
When you complete a trip with BBono, the payment is not added directly to your available balance. It must first go through a review process.
During this process, we verify that the trip meets the BBono requirements and carry out the necessary checks to process the payment.
If the trip successfully passes the review, the amount will automatically be added to your Available balance.
What happens if a trip does not pass the review?
If a trip does not meet the BBono requirements, that payment will not be made.
Each trip is verified separately. If a specific trip is rejected, it does not mean the rest will not be accepted.
If you see that a trip review has been rejected, you will be able to see the reasons for the rejection in the trip history.
What payment statuses can my money have?
Under review
Here you'll see the amounts for trips that are still going through the review process.
While your money is Under review, you don't need to do anything. As soon as the review is successfully completed, the amount will automatically be moved to your “Available balance”.
Available balance
Here you'll find the money from trips that have successfully passed the review and is ready to be withdrawn.
You can withdraw the valance once you have €5 or more available. The payment will be sent by bank transfer and should arrive within approximately 3 to 7 business days.
Other ways to earn money
In addition to BBono trips, you may also see other amounts in your wallet, such as:
User-to-user payments, when a passenger pays a driver directly for sharing a trip. These payments do not go through the review process and are added directly to your “Available balance”.
TRIBBU promotions, which may generate additional earnings depending on the terms of each promotion. Depending on the type of promotion, the payment may require a review before being added to your “Available balance”.
