Setting-Up Staff Availability for Appointments

You can easily create and adjust staff availability so that clients can book with the staff member(s) they want. This article will explain how to set up your Staff Availability!

*Before setting your Staff's availability, make sure to enable your Staff Members for Appointments!

To do this, follow these steps:

  • Go to Staff > View Staff > Click Manage Staff Member

  • At the top of their page, click Edit Staff Info

  • Scroll to Coach/Online information and make sure "Select if this member is a coach at your Affiliate" is checked

Create Staff Availability:

1. Go to Appointments > Staff Availability and your Staff Availability Calendar will pop up. Your active staff members will be listed at the top of the calendar.

2. Set Staff member's availability by clicking on the staff member's name and dragging it down to your calendar.

To adjust their availability, drag the staff member's availability block up or down.

3. Prefer only to view one staff member at a time? No problem: you have the option of going to each individual staff member's availability calendar.

Click the Show Staff/Coach drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner of the page

Select the Staff/Coach whos availability you wish to view
