How does someone enter their score?

Go to Workouts and click Results. You'll enter the score based on how the workout is scored and you can choose the level at which you performed the workout.

Why can't someone enter workout results?

If you do not see the word Results under the workout, you will see the word Notes. Notes will automatically show up if the workout is not scored. Click Notes to enter your workout notes for the non-scored workout.

How does someone view the ranking for a workout?

Under workouts, Click ranking on the workout and you will see the leaderboard for that workout.

How does someone lookup a score to a previous workout or max lift? 

At this time this is not available in the mobile app; however, it will be available in future releases.

How does someone find the % of a 1 max effort movement?

At this time this is not available in the mobile app; however, it will be available in future releases.

How does someone create a personal workout?

Under the workouts tab, click Create Workout. Select New Personal Workout at the top, enter the name for this workout, the scoring method, the score, the level, and the workout under the description and click save. This workout will appear under the day you performed the workout.

How can an admin edit a workout? 

Click on the day/workout and click the 3 dots to the right and click edit. From there, edit the information and click save.

How can an admin create a new workout for the day? 

From the workouts tab, click Create Workout and select New Gym Programming or Past Gym Workouts.

Click on New Gym Workouts to write a new workout. Once clicked, select the section where this workout will be programmed and click next.

Fill out the appropriate information and click save.

* You can add text, pictures and videos to the workout by clicking the appropriate symbol.
