Our goal is that the process is as seamless as possible and will make every effort to make that happen. The fee for transferring your client's credit card and bank information from Stripe to another platform is $250.

The first step is to reach out to support@triib.com so we know that this is something you would like to do.

We will initiate the request with Stripe and extract the necessary information.  All parties including your new platform representative will need to get involved. There are many platforms we work with, if we do not have a contact for your new platform we will reach out to you asking for a contact. 

We will do our best to have a quick turnaround. Triib will complete the request within 48 business hours (Mon-Fri); however, we cannot guarantee the processing times of Stripe or the other parties involved.  We have found that the average time is 2-3 weeks.
