To export Active Members:
From the Home Page, click People & Members
Click Active Membership on the right.
Click Download Members and put appropriate information on the Triib Import Sheet.
To export Leads:
From the Home Page, click People & Leads & Download
Copy the following to Triib Inactive Import Sheet: First Name, Last Name, Email Address
To export Inactive Members:
From the Home Page, click People & Members
Click Paused Memberships & Download
Copy the information to the Triib Inactive Import Sheet
