From your Admin Dashboard, go to Members and click Add New Member.
Enter the basic information for the staff member and then check the appropriate box for:
Coach: They will be able to log into their TRIIB member profile and view their coaching schedule. You can assign them to classes on the schedule and they will populate to the Coached Classes Payroll Report.
Staff: Has the above privileges, as well as access to the administrative side of TRIIB. Staff members can adjust memberships, charge store products, change the schedule, etc.
Admin: Has the above privileges, as well as full access to all financial reports and deposit information.
The access levels listed above are set by default. However, if you have a special circumstance, like a coach that helps out with reporting and financials you can provide them advanced access by doing the following:
Click on View Staff then Manage Staff under the coach's name you'd like to adjust. At the bottom of the page, you will be able to edit access settings.
