How does the MailChimp integration work?
The MailChimp integration works by syncing your active member list with your MailChimp contact list every night. Depending on your subscription level in MailChimp, you can create custom lists or groups of your Triib members within your MailChimp account. When a member is no longer active at your gym, they will be automatically unsubscribed from MailChimp.
How do I connect Triib to my MailChimp account?
If you would like Triib to automatically update your members email addresses to MailChimp, you'll want to connect your MailChimp API Key.
Go to Messaging > MailChimp and enter MailChimp API Key
