Why do my Active Member Number and Memberships numbers not match?

Active Members are a combination of Memberships, Attendance Packs, and Appointment Packs. The numbers may not match is because the "included package in overall active member count" feature has been turned on for some or all active attendance / appointment packs.

Pro-Tip: Members that you may not want to include as active: Free Trials, Consults, Trial Memberships, Drop-Ins.

To Enable / Disable this setting:

Go to the Attendance/Appointment Pack > Click on the Pack > Check or Un-Check
"Include package in overall active member count" setting.
