If you have not created a workout(s) or would like to add new ones then we recommend you add the workout(s) to your system before getting started by navigating to Coaches Corner > Workouts > Add New Workout.
Once you have workouts in the system then you can add a Challenge Workout:
Open the challenge by click Events > View Events > click the appropriate Challenge name, or create a new Challenge.
Click Add Challenge Workout on the right side of the page.
Select a workout from your programming. If you have not created a workout or would like to add new ones then go to Coaches Corner > Workouts > Add New Workout. Once you have added the workout then go back to Events and follow the steps above.
Select a score submission start date, the date on which your members will be able to start submitting scores for the challenge.
Select a score submission deadline, the last date on which your members will be able to submit a score for the challenge.
Save Workout
After saving the workout, you'll see the workout listen in the Challenge Workouts tab on the Challenge's page.
