Members can add/update their billing information in a couple ways on Triib:

  • Triib Mobile App

  • Member Online portal

Triib Mobile App

A member can open up the Triib mobile app, tap the menu icon in the upper left corner, scroll down and tap Billing, tap update credit card, enter the information, and tap Save card.

Member Online Profile

Log in to the online portal using the gym's member facing Triib site, most often resembling

Select Profile in the top right corner > select Payment Method > select Credit Card or Bank Account > add information and save.
