The Plan & Billing section brings all your subscription information together in one place, making it easier to view and manage your account. This section includes details about your Triparound plan, account balance, the card details used for payments towards Triparound (Subscription and Usage Fees), billing Information and payment invoices.
To access this section, click the user icon in the top-right corner and select Plan & Billing.
Alternatively, from the left sidebar navigate to More > Account > Plan & Billing.
Information displayed
The information displayed in this section refers to Your Plan, Your Balance, Payment Method and Billing Information. This section also displays invoices related to your Triparound account.
Your Plan: Displays information of your Triparound subscription plan.
Note: Click View Details for more information.
Your Balance: Shows your current balance and payment details, including the monthly or yearly cost per property depending on your payment agreement.
Payment Method: If payments are to be made by credit/debit card, add or update your credit/debit card details for subscription and usage fees.
Billing Information: Click UPDATE INFORMATION to access the Billing Info under the company Profile and enter the required information for invoicing.
Payments (invoices): At the bottom of the page, all issued invoices are displayed, along with details such as the amount, invoice type (subscription or usage fees), status and date.
Important note:
Make sure to add payment method, during the account setup if you plan to pay via credit or debit card.
