Fundamentals (Services)

In this section the informative aspect of the product along with important elements, such as schedules and pricing, can be configured.

Refers to important information that is required in order to complete the “informative” aspect of the product.

Usability/Display: Certain data inserted in this section will appear on guest facing elements (widget, email notifications sent to all involved parties, Guest App) and on the back-office booking process (through the dashboard BOOK NOW).

Subservices

Refers to additional services that can fall under the general Service product which has been created. It is not mandatory to complete this section.

Example: For a Maintenance Service, subservices could be Electricity and lighting, Rooms' furniture, Telephone lines, TV, Refrigeration, etc.

Schedules

Refers to the allocation of date, time and other relevant information in order to create a bookable schedule for a particular product.

Usability/Display: Schedule(s) must be created/inserted in order to enable the product to be bookable.

Pricing

Refers to the creation of the pricing composition of the product.

Usability/Display: Pricing values must be created in order to enable the product to be bookable. Pricing selections appear at the 2nd stage of the booking process.
