PMS Integration - Reports Examples

This article provides examples of reports generated through a PMS integration.

Report for checked-in reservations

  • A scheduled report is configured by the business to run on an hourly basis or less.

  • This report will produce a CSV file with all check-ins in the current day.

  • The subject for this type of report must be agreed between the business and Triparound.

    Example: “New check-ins | Triparound Luxury Hotel”

  • Customers, Stays, and Rooms records will be created or updated in the business' Triparound account.

Report for upcoming reservations

  • A scheduled report is configured by the business to run daily.

  • This report will produce a CSV file with all new reservations that were made on the previous day.

    Example: If the report is executed on 2025-07-24, it should be set to source all the reservations made on 2025-07-23.

  • The subject for this type of report must be agreed between the business and Triparound.

    Example: “Upcoming reservations | Triparound Luxury Hotel”.

  • Customers and Stays records will be created or updated in the business' Triparound account.

Report for cancelled reservations

  • A scheduled report is configured by the business to run daily.

  • This report will produce a CSV file with all reservations that were cancelled the previous day.

  • The report will be attached and sent to integrations@triparound.com through the automated scheduler of your PMS.

    Example: if the report is executed on 2025-07-24, it should be set to source all the reservations that were cancelled on 2025-07-23.

  • The subject for this type of report must be agreed between your team and Triparound.

    Example: “Cancelled reservations | Triparound Luxury Hotel”

  • Customers and Stays records will be updated in the business' Triparound account.
