Report for checked-in reservations
A scheduled report is configured by the business to run on an hourly basis or less.
This report will produce a CSV file with all check-ins in the current day.
The report will be attached and sent to integrations@triparound.com through the automated scheduler of your PMS.
The subject for this type of report must be agreed between the business and Triparound.
Example: “New check-ins | Triparound Luxury Hotel”
Customers, Stays, and Rooms records will be created or updated in the business' Triparound account.
Report for upcoming reservations
A scheduled report is configured by the business to run daily.
This report will produce a CSV file with all new reservations that were made on the previous day.
Example: If the report is executed on 2025-07-24, it should be set to source all the reservations made on 2025-07-23.
The report will be attached and sent to integrations@triparound.com through the automated scheduler of your PMS.
The subject for this type of report must be agreed between the business and Triparound.
Example: “Upcoming reservations | Triparound Luxury Hotel”.
Customers and Stays records will be created or updated in the business' Triparound account.
Report for cancelled reservations
A scheduled report is configured by the business to run daily.
This report will produce a CSV file with all reservations that were cancelled the previous day.
The report will be attached and sent to integrations@triparound.com through the automated scheduler of your PMS.
Example: if the report is executed on 2025-07-24, it should be set to source all the reservations that were cancelled on 2025-07-23.
The subject for this type of report must be agreed between your team and Triparound.
Example: “Cancelled reservations | Triparound Luxury Hotel”
Customers and Stays records will be updated in the business' Triparound account.
