My Library is your own collection of reusable trip content. Anything you save there, a single component like a favorite hotel or flight, or a whole proposal, can be imported into a new proposal in a few clicks. Because you created these templates yourself, importing brings in everything you saved, including pricing and media.

Where My Library lives
In your workspace's Templates area, alongside reusable templates for forms, emails, automations, and tasks, there's a My Library tab. Unlike those, My Library holds templates tied to trip components: either a single component (for example, a flight or a hotel) or an entire proposal. You build these by saving content with the Save to Library button as you work, and you manage them from the My Library tab.
Import a saved template into your proposal
Step 1: Open My Library from your proposal
From the Add Items panel, click Import from My Library. Unlike trip components, My Library is not something you drag onto the canvas: you open it from this button, then choose what to import inside the popup.
The Import from My Library popup lists your saved templates with their name, type, property or supplier, and when they were last updated. Use the search box or the All Components filter to narrow the list. Whole-proposal templates appear here too, with the type Proposal.

Step 2: Preview it, or add it directly
You have two ways to add a template:
Preview first: click the template to open the Preview Template panel, then click Add to Proposal at the bottom
Add directly: use the three-dot menu in the Actions column, which offers both Preview and Add to Proposal, so you can skip the preview
The Preview Template panel shows the template the way your end client will see it. Its Overview and Pricing tabs are both the client-facing view, so it's a good final check before adding.

Step 3: Place it in the proposal
What happens next depends on the kind of template:
A single component: a Select Day dialog appears. Choose which day to add it to, then click Add to Proposal. The component lands on that day
A whole proposal: no day prompt. It imports starting from Day 1, laying its components across the days as they were saved. If the saved proposal spans more days than your trip currently has, TripLoft extends the trip to fit

What carries over
Because My Library templates are built by you, importing copies everything you saved into them, which is the main way this import differs from the others:
Pricing is copied: if you set prices in the template, they come through. (This is unlike Smart Import or the cruise and activity imports, which arrive at $0.00.)
Media and attachments are copied: photos and files saved on the template come with it
All entered details are copied: descriptions, dates, and component fields you saved are brought in
Travelers come from the trip: templates don't store travelers, so imported components are assigned to the current trip's travelers, not whoever was on the trip where you first saved the template
Everything imported is fully editable afterward, so you can adjust pricing, swap media, or change details for this specific trip.
