TripLoft is a travel advisor platform designed to manage the entire client journey in one place. From collecting leads and building proposals to managing bookings, payments, documents, and communication, everything is connected through a single workspace.

How TripLoft Works

Most workflows in TripLoft follow the same general path, from first contact through to a completed trip:

  2. Create a trip.

Dashboard

A high-level view of your business, including upcoming trips, tasks, recent activity, and key metrics.

Contacts

Stores all traveler, lead, and client information, including traveler profiles, contact details, and communication history.

Trips

The central workspace for planning and managing travel. Each trip brings together travelers, proposals, forms, bookings, payments, documents, notes, and messages. TripLoft supports both Regular Trips and Group Trips.

Calendar

A timeline view of tasks, travel dates, and important deadlines.

Templates

Reusable building blocks that standardize your workflow and save time, including Forms, My Library, Tasks, Automations, Workflows, Email Templates, and Supplier T&Cs.

Tasks

Follow-ups, reminders, and trip-related work tracked across your business.


Regular Trips vs. Group Trips

TripLoft supports two trip types:

  • Regular Trips - For individual travelers, couples, families, and small bookings.

  • Group Trips - For hosted departures, cruises, retreats, destination weddings, and other multi-traveler experiences. Group Trips add features such as sub-trips, landing pages, self-service signup, room and cabin inventory, and optional add-ons.
