TripLoft is organized into a few main areas, all reachable from the navigation menu on the left side of the screen, which stays available wherever you are in the platform. Understanding how it's laid out makes it easier to move around and find what you need.
Main Navigation
The left navigation provides access to TripLoft's primary workspaces. Each has its own detailed overview article; at a high level:
Dashboard - Your home screen and daily starting point. It surfaces activity across your account, including trips, tasks, payments, form responses, and upcoming events.
Contacts - Where all traveler, client, lead, and supplier records live. You manage profiles, contact details, and history here, and contacts become the travelers you add to trips.
Trips - The central workspace for planning and managing travel. Each trip brings together travelers, proposals, bookings, payments, documents, and communication, and supports both Regular Trips and Group Trips.
Calendar - A timeline view of your upcoming work. It shows travel dates, tasks, reminders, and automation events in one place.
Templates - Reusable building blocks that standardize repeatable work. This is where you manage Forms, Email Templates, Tasks, Automations, Workflows, and Supplier T&Cs.
Tasks - A centralized view of work across your business. It tracks follow-ups, reminders, and outstanding items tied to your trips and contacts.
Navigation Inside Records
Many areas of TripLoft have their own navigation once you open them. When you open a trip, for example, a dedicated menu appears for its Overview, Travelers, Proposals, Forms, Tasks, Bookings, Payments, Messages, and Documents. Contacts, templates, and other records work the same way - each opens into its own set of tabs specific to that record.
The User Menu
Your profile menu sits in the bottom-left corner of the navigation. From there you can open your Personal Settings (name, contact information, security, and email signature), your Business Settings (business information, branding, and Terms & Conditions), and sign out of TripLoft.
Finding Records Quickly
Search is available from the top-right corner of every page and is usually the fastest way to open a specific trip, contact, or template. It also includes shortcuts for creating common records. See Dashboard Overview for how Search works in detail.
Conclusion
Navigation in TripLoft is built around the core areas of your business: contacts, trips, tasks, templates, and daily operations. Once you know where each lives and that records open into their own tabbed views, you can move through the platform quickly.
