How to Add Your Agents and Staff Members

Easily add your team members to Triply so they can start booking, managing, and approving travel.

Steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Team Management.

  2. Click Add Member.

  3. Enter the agent/staff member’s name, work email, and phone number.

  4. Select their role (e.g., Agent, Manager, Admin).

  5. Click Invite – they’ll receive an email with setup instructions.

🔔 Note: Only Admins can add new members to Triply.

Q: Can I add multiple agents at once?

A: Yes – use the Bulk Upload option to import multiple members via CSV.
