How to Add, Remove, or Reassign Agents

Summary:

You can manage your team in Triply by adding, removing, or reassigning agents to different accounts.

To Remove an Agent:

  1. Go to Settings > Team Management.

  2. Find the agent you want to remove.

  3. Click Remove Member and confirm.

To Reassign an Agent:

  1. Go to Settings > Team Management.

  2. Select the agent.

  3. Click Reassign and choose their new account or role.

  4. Save changes.

Q: Will removing an agent delete their booking history?

A: No – their bookings remain in the system for records.
