How to View and Manage All Active Trips

See all ongoing client trips in one place to track progress and handle any issues quickly.

Steps:

  1. Go to Trips > Active Trips.

  2. View trip details including itinerary, traveler contacts, and booking references.

  3. Filter by agent, client, or destination.

  4. Click on a trip to open its full details and communication history.

  5. Add notes or update status as needed.

A: No – Active Trips only shows trips in progress. Past trips are in the Completed section.
