To protect digital assets such as internal training materials and SOPs, you can set them to read-only mode. This ensures that users can view the content but cannot download it.
Go to the configuration (via the cog icon in the top right corner).
Select Organisation and scroll down to the Files section.
Tick 'Open Pdfs In-Browser' and save the changes.
After that, users can only read PDF files within the browser.
