Add additional schedules

You can schedule a check to appear more than once

Adding additional schedules can be useful, especially if you need to complete the same check multiple times a day, such as a toilet inspection.


How do I add an additional schedule

  1. Go to Checks under Forms & Workflows in the configure portal.

  2. Click Edit on the desired check.

  3. Go to Schedules tab.

  4. Click +Add Schedule button, and Schedule 2 will appear.

  5. Repeat step 4, then continue the process until you have the desired number of schedules (you can add up to 24 schedules).

  6. Click Save.

Did you know...?

  • When changes are made to the check scheduling, it will take the system 48 hours to pull through the updates.
