What is a Request Performance report
The Request Performance report provides a high-level overview of how well your Maintenance, Marketing, Incident, and other requests are being managed. It helps you identify outstanding jobs and highlights any requests that have remained open over a certain age.
How to run a Request Performance report
Go to Request Performance in the reporting portal.
To generate a more tailored view, filter the report by time range, amalgamation, request types, locations, and priorities. You can also choose whether to include rejected requests. Once your filters are set, click Run.
The charts and requests table will display all selected requests, their corresponding actions, and current statuses across locations.
You can customise the data display by adjusting the filters.
đĄIf you update the view to "View Oldest Pending Issues", you'll see a list of your 20 oldest outstanding requests, along with their age and a direct link to each request.
How to export a Request Performance report
After generating the report, click Download to export the performance report.
Details of the selected requests across locationsâincluding the closure rate, related actions, and oldest outstanding requestsâare displayed in the Excel spreadsheet.
