What is a smart board record

Smart boards (Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sensors) are used to visualise and manage tasks. A smart board record is used to update the data or status of the tasks.


How can I add a smart board record

  1. Head over to the board that you need to add a record to in the 9-dot menu.

  2. Click on the cog icon of the desired room and select Add Record.

  3. Once you complete the record, a green Submit button will appear at the bottom, allowing you to submit the record.

  4. If you only see a View Issues button, it means there are issues that need to be addressed before submission. In this case, click the View Issues button, select the issue, and you will be directed to the question where you should complete the answer, add a comment, or attach media.

  5. Once the record is added, the monitored data will be displayed on the board accordingly.
