What are Asynchronous Tournaments?

Asynchronous tournaments are tournaments played against other players. They come in 2 forms; "1v1" and "group."

1v1

1v1 tournaments are games where you are playing against another person to win a pot. Both yourself, and the other player, bet a certain amount and the winner takes the amount listed when they wagered.

Group

Group tournaments are played with gems and are played against 5 opponents. They can be used to win additional gems, or cash depending on how many gems are wagered. The top 3 players in a group tournament get some amount of winnings with first place receiving the highest amount.

Are there bots in Asynchronous Tournaments?

We do not use bots in our game in order to ensure that our games are "skill based." Bots remove the element of competition that is required.

I think my opponent is cheating. What do I do?

If you think your opponent is cheating please reach out to the Triumph support team through the "Settings" section of the app. Our team will look into your match replays and the opponent's account in order to determine if there is suspicious activity.

My game crashed and I never got to play.

If your game crashed and you were not able to play the match reach out to our support team so that they can look into any refund options available to you. Make sure to send the game ID from your match history so that they can easily look up your game. You can find the game ID by finding the game in your "Results" tab -> tapping on it -> pressing the help button -> tapping "I had an error in my game".

I finished my game, but my opponent's score is still pending.

If you have finished your game, but your opponent still says pending this does not necessarily mean they are still playing. Sometimes our systems can take time to report user's scores. If your opponent has been in a pending state for more than 24 hours then reach out to our support team with the game ID by finding the game in your "Results" tab -> tapping on it -> pressing the help button -> tapping "My game is still pending".
