As a courtesy we offer self exclusion to users who feel that they cannot regulate their own gaming habits. Self exclusion is a way for us to prevent habitual users from betting money on the app for a limited amount of time, or permanently, depending on the user's preference.
How can I self exclude?
Delete your account through the "Settings" page in the "Profile" section of the app. (This will be a permanent self exclusion and will not allow you to create additional accounts)
In the settings menu you can also select "Responsible Gaming." Here you will be able to self exclude for one week, one month, one year, or permanently.
Reach out to customer support and request permanent or temporary self exclusion. You can set any amount of time you would like to exclude yourself from the app for and our customer service representatives will ban that account. Once that time has passed your account will be unbanned. If you request permanent self exclusion your account will not be unbanned for any reason.
