In some rare cases you may experience bugs or glitches while playing games on Triumph Arcade. In these cases we are here to help! All you need to do is reach out to our support team to see if your situation is eligible for a refund.
We strongly recommend against doing a chargeback through your payment method as a first resort, as this can affect your ability to deposit funds into your account in the future.
In order to submit a refund request use the following steps:
1. Find the game in your results tab
2. Tap the "Copy Game ID" button located on the top right
3. Go to "Message Center" located in the Settings tab
4. Create a new conversation and select "I had an error in my game"
5. Paste the game ID in the chat.
