When you park a bike, the app will give you a confirmation when it's registered as delivered.
What do I do if I don't receive it?
If you haven't received the confirmation, you can go through these simple steps:
You might have parked in a double sided station. Pull the bike out and park it on the opposite side of where you left it. If it's stuck, lift the back wheel far to one side, and roll it out. We've put out notes on the stations to prevent this from happening.
Can't get it out? Give it a good pull to make sure it is in fact stuck.
