To access detailed information about a specific appointment, click on the appointment via the dashboard or calendar screen. This action provides you with:
Client Information:
Name, email, and phone number.
Appointment Details:
Service name, date and time, and price.
For virtual appointments (if connected to Google Meet or Microsoft Teams), the meeting link is displayedâclick the box next to the link to copy and share it.
If the appointment is recurring, an indicator is shown, along with the ability to set it as a recurring appointment or edit the existing recurrence.
Available Actions:
Upcoming Appointments: Options to reschedule, edit (e.g., change location), or cancel the appointment.
Past Appointments: Options to reschedule, mark the session as complete, or mark it as missed.
