How do I access detailed information about a specific appointment from the dashboard?

To access detailed information about a specific appointment, click on the appointment via the dashboard or calendar screen. This action provides you with:

  • Client Information:

    • Name, email, and phone number.

  • Appointment Details:

    • Service name, date and time, and price.

    • For virtual appointments (if connected to Google Meet or Microsoft Teams), the meeting link is displayed—click the box next to the link to copy and share it.

    • If the appointment is recurring, an indicator is shown, along with the ability to set it as a recurring appointment or edit the existing recurrence.

  • Available Actions:

    • Upcoming Appointments: Options to reschedule, edit (e.g., change location), or cancel the appointment.

    • Past Appointments: Options to reschedule, mark the session as complete, or mark it as missed.

This detailed view helps you efficiently manage and update all aspects of your appointments.
