For appointments that have already passed, you can take several actions directly from the appointment details.


Available actions for passed appointments

  • Reschedule

    • Set a new date and time for the appointment

  • Mark session complete

    • Confirm that the appointment was successfully completed

  • Mark session missed

    • Indicate that the appointment did not take place
