What is the significance of the status (active or archived) in the client section?

Understanding the Client Section

Client status helps you organize and manage your client list.


Active clients

  • Clients in your current active client list

  • Can be searched in the search bar

  • Can be booked for appointments


Archived clients

  • Clients you have manually archived

  • Are not searchable in the search bar

  • Cannot be booked or billed while archived

  • Remain available for reference in the Archived client filter


To view an archived client

  • Go to Clients

  • Change the filter to Archived

  • Click on the client’s name to view their profile

Archived clients do not appear in the normal search flow and need to be accessed through the Archived filter.


To make a client active again

If you need to book an archived client, you will first need to unarchive them.
