What happens when I archive a client?

Archiving a client removes them from your active client list while keeping their information for reference.


What changes when a client is archived?

  • The client is moved to the Archived list

  • They are no longer searchable in the search bar

  • They cannot be booked or billed

  • Their information is still stored and accessible


How to view archived clients

  • Go to Clients

  • Use the filter to select Archived

  • Click on the client’s name to view their profile


Why use archiving?

Archiving helps you:

  • Keep your active client list clean and organized

  • Retain important client history and records


Tip

If you need to book or bill a client again, you will need to unarchive them first.
