Archiving a client removes them from your active client list while keeping their information for reference.
What changes when a client is archived?
The client is moved to the Archived list
They are no longer searchable in the search bar
They cannot be booked or billed
Their information is still stored and accessible
How to view archived clients
Go to Clients
Use the filter to select Archived
Click on the client’s name to view their profile
Why use archiving?
Archiving helps you:
Keep your active client list clean and organized
Retain important client history and records
Tip
If you need to book or bill a client again, you will need to unarchive them first.
