If a client has been archived and you want to reactivate them, follow these steps:
Filter for Archived Clients:
Go to the Clients section.
Change the filter to “Archived.”
Select the Client:
Find and select the client you want to unarchive.
This will take you to the client’s profile.
Edit Client Profile:
Click the menu option (three dots under the “Schedule Appointment” button).
Select “Edit.”
Update and Save Details:
Make sure all required fields are filled in for the Save Details button to be enabled.
If no updates are needed, simply click Save Details to unarchive the client.
The client will now appear in your active list.
