How do I unarchive a client?

If a client has been archived, you can reactivate them at any time.


To unarchive a client:

  • Go to Clients

  • Change the filter to Archived

  • Locate and click on the client’s name


Update the client profile

  • Click the menu (⋯) under the Schedule Appointment button

  • Select Edit

  • Click Save Details


Important

  • All required fields must be completed for the Save Details button to be enabled

  • You do not need to make changes—clicking Save Details will unarchive the client


What happens next?

  • The client will return to your Active client list

  • You will be able to search, book, and bill the client again
