How do I “Unarchive” a client?

If a client has been archived and you want to reactivate them, follow these steps:

  1. Filter for Archived Clients:

    • Go to the Clients section.

    • Change the filter to “Archived.”

  2. Select the Client:

    • Find and select the client you want to unarchive.

    • This will take you to the client’s profile.

  3. Edit Client Profile:

    • Click the menu option (three dots under the “Schedule Appointment” button).

    • Select “Edit.”

  4. Update and Save Details:

    • Make sure all required fields are filled in for the Save Details button to be enabled.

    • If no updates are needed, simply click Save Details to unarchive the client.

The client will now appear in your active list.
