How do I add new clients in Trova?

Adding Clients

You can add a new client either directly in the Clients section or while scheduling an appointment.


Add a client from the Clients section

  • Go to Clients

  • Click Add Client (top right)


Enter client details

Complete the required fields:

  • First and Last Name

  • Date of Birth

  • Email address

  • Country code (select from dropdown)

  • Phone number

  • Gender

  • Country


Save the client

  • Click Save once all required fields are completed

The client will now appear in your client list.


Add a client while scheduling

You can also add a new client during the booking process:

  • Go to Calendar

  • Click Schedule or select a time directly on the calendar

    • This will open the Client Appointment flow

OR

  • Go to My Appointments

  • Click Schedule Appointment

    • This will navigate you to the Calendar and open the Client Appointment flow


Add a new client in the booking flow

  • Select Client Appointment

  • Click New Client


Enter client details during booking

Complete the required fields:

  • First and Last Name

  • Date of Birth

  • Email address

  • Country code (select from dropdown)

  • Phone number

  • Gender

  • Country

Once the appointment is scheduled, the client will automatically be added to your client list.
