Adding new clients in Trova is simple and can be done directly or during appointment scheduling:

Adding a Client in the Clients Section
Navigate to the Clients Section:
Go to the Clients section on the platform.
Click "Add Client":
Select the Add Client button located on the top right corner.
Fill in the Required Information:
First and Last Name
Date of Birth
Email Address
Country Code: Be sure to select the country code from the dropdown menu.
Phone Number
Gender
Country
Save the Client Profile:
Ensure all required fields are completed, then click Save to successfully add the new client.
Adding a Client While Scheduling an Appointment
Schedule an Appointment:
Navigate to the Calendar or Appointments section.
Click the Schedule Appointment button.
Add a New Client:
If the client is not already in the system, use the option to Add New Client when prompted during the scheduling process.
This ensures flexibility, allowing you to add clients either proactively in the Clients section or conveniently while booking an appointment.
