Can you add clients anywhere else in the platform?

Adding Clients

Yes, you can add clients both in the Clients section and while scheduling an appointment.


Where can I add clients?

You can add a new client:

  • In the Clients section

  • During the Client Appointment flow when scheduling


Add a client from the Clients section

  • Go to Clients

  • Click Add Client (top right)


Enter client details

Complete the required fields:

  • First and Last Name

  • Date of Birth

  • Email address

  • Country code and phone number

  • Gender

  • Country

You may also:

  • Add linked contacts (optional)


Save the client

  • Click Save once all required fields are completed

The client will now appear in your client list and can be searched, booked, and billed.


Add a client while scheduling

You can add a new client during the booking process:

  • Go to Calendar

  • Click Schedule or select a time directly on the calendar

    • This will open the Client Appointment flow

OR

  • Go to My Appointments

  • Click Schedule Appointment

    • This will navigate you to the Calendar and open the Client Appointment flow

  • Select Client Appointment

  • Click New Client

  • Enter the required client details

Once the appointment is scheduled, the client will automatically be added to your client list.


Tip

Adding clients in the Clients section is helpful if you want to create profiles in advance, while adding them during scheduling is a faster option when booking appointments.
