How do I view a client’s profile and what information can I see?

You can view a client’s profile to access and manage their details, appointments, billing, and more.


To view a client’s profile

  • Go to Clients

  • Click on the client’s name

OR

  • Use the search bar

  • Enter the client’s name and select them from the results


What you can see and manage

Within the client profile, you can:


Contact and personal details

  • View and edit:

    • Name

    • Date of Birth

    • Email

    • Phone number

    • Gender

    • Language

    • Insurance information


Appointments

  • View upcoming appointments

  • Review past appointments

  • Access virtual appointment links (if applicable)


Billing and payments

  • View invoices and payment history


Clinical and administrative details

  • Add and manage ICD-10 codes

  • View and add notes and addendums


Linked contacts

  • Add, edit, or remove linked contacts

  • Enable contacts to receive client notifications


Custom fields

  • Add custom fields to display on invoices and receipts

  • Add internal notes that do not display on invoices or receipts
