You can view a client’s profile to access and manage their details, appointments, billing, and more.
To view a client’s profile
Go to Clients
Click on the client’s name
OR
Use the search bar
Enter the client’s name and select them from the results
What you can see and manage
Within the client profile, you can:
Contact and personal details
View and edit:
Name
Date of Birth
Email
Phone number
Gender
Language
Insurance information
Appointments
View upcoming appointments
Review past appointments
Access virtual appointment links (if applicable)
Billing and payments
View invoices and payment history
Clinical and administrative details
Add and manage ICD-10 codes
View and add notes and addendums
Linked contacts
Add, edit, or remove linked contacts
Enable contacts to receive client notifications
Custom fields
Add custom fields to display on invoices and receipts
Add internal notes that do not display on invoices or receipts
